    Leave the dirty dishes at the sink, forget about folding the laundry for a bit. Let it go. Housework can wait. For half an hour, do things that helps you connect back to yourself, and preferably something that sparks joy - Go for a rewarding hot shower, lit some scented candles, play some jazz music bath, read a magazine, or catch up the latest drama on Netflix. Make some time for yourself.

    Meet up with your friends for a quick catch up or even arranging play dates with fellow mommy friends. Sometimes, all you need is a community to share your experiences and get handy tips on how to better cope from fellow mommies who have been through the same experience as you.

    Go for date nights or even just spend quality time with your partner cuddling on the sofa. Don’t neglect your partner. Relationships can suffer when you don't spend much time together.

    We know that it can get a little overwhelming at times. Don’t bottle up. Find someone that you can trust (friends/family members) and open up to them on how you’re feeling. It might not necessarily solve the problem but we promise, you will feel better after you unleash it out. It helps others around you to understand your emotion needs and work out how to better support you.
