Your body

Iron deficiency, low back pain and expanded abdominal can cause sleeping problems that linger throughout the day. Your midsection has shifted through the big belly, so you may sometimes get out of balance. Ensure that you consciously take every step and allow your whole foot to be in contact to the ground.

Your Baby

Toenails and fingernails have grown but are still very soft. The lack of space for your baby to move about freely is becoming more common now. Your baby has received enough nutrients through the placenta to survive in any case of early labour, until the time of the maturing of the digestive tract. It is now about 42 centimetres tall and about 1.7 kilograms.

The little trick to drive away fatigue in the morning: Dip two face cotton pads in water and place it in the freezer overnight then place on the eyes in the morning for 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can soak the cotton pads with warm chamomile tea or green tea.
